Make
An instant trigger on any Trabalance event, plus actions and a customer search.
The Trabalance Make app is defined against the public API: an API-key connection, one instant trigger that attaches and detaches its own webhook, three actions and a search.
Connecting
Settings → API keys & webhooks → New key. Grant the scopes your scenario needs and tick Allow webhook subscriptions.
Paste the key. The connection is verified against GET /customers?page_size=1; the base URL is https://api.trabalance.com/api/v1. The key is redacted from Make's own logs.
Watch events
One instant trigger, with the event chosen from a dropdown:
| Option | Event |
|---|---|
| New invoice | `invoice.created` |
| Invoice paid | `invoice.paid` |
| Money received | `receipt.created` |
| New bill | `bill.created` |
| Bill paid | `bill.paid` |
| Money paid | `payment.created` |
| New customer | `customer.created` |
| New vendor | `vendor.created` |
| Statement lines arrived | `bank_feed.received` |
Turning the scenario on attaches a webhook endpoint (it appears under Settings → Webhooks); turning it off detaches it. The module outputs id, event, created_at and the data collection — document id, number, type, total, currency, and the party.
Modules
| Module | Does |
|---|---|
| Create a customer | Name, email, phone |
| Create an invoice | Customer id, date, and the line array of item id / qty / rate |
| Record money received | Customer id, date, bank/cash account id, and allocations of invoice id and amount |
| Search customers | By name or email, ten at a time |
Both write modules send the scenario execution id as the Idempotency-Key, so a re-run of the same execution replays rather than duplicates.
The connection maps the API's error envelope straight through, so a failed module reads [400] items[].qty must be greater than 0 rather than a generic HTTP failure.
