Partner Portal
Referrals, client management, commissions, and license subscriptions.
The Partner Portal is a separate application at partners.trabalance.com, with its own login. A partner account does not belong to any business — it sits beside them, holding the links to the businesses you brought in or manage.
The two ways a business reaches you
| Referred | Licensed | |
|---|---|---|
| How they arrive | They sign up through your referral link or partner code. | You register the business yourself, from the portal. |
| Who owns the account | The business does. They subscribe on their own terms. | The business owner does — you are added as an Administrator inside it. |
| What you hold | A link, with a commission rate on it. | One licence out of your plan. |
| Account access | None by default. | Switch into their account in one click. |
| Shows on Clients as | Referred | Licensed |
Nothing forces you to pick one. The same partner account can hold referred and licensed clients side by side.
What a partner account has
| Thing | What it is |
|---|---|
| Partner code | Generated at registration from your profession — `ACC…`, `LAW…`, `CON…`, `PTN…`. It is also your referral code, and it never changes. |
| Tier | A grade on your record, starting at bronze. |
| Commission rate | A default rate on your account. The rate that actually applies is the one stored on each client link. |
| Partner credit | Your commission earnings, held as credit. It is what pays for licence plans. |
| Licence plan | Optional. Buying one lets you register and manage client businesses. |
The portal has no withdrawal flow and no payout request. What your earnings do inside the product is pay for licence subscriptions. Anything else is arranged with Trabalance directly.
