Your Free Trial

Fourteen days of every module, from the day you register. No card, nothing to cancel, and one end date that everything reads from.

Registering starts a 14-day trial of every module. There is no card to enter and nothing to cancel: when the fourteen days are up the business moves to the Free plan on its own.

The trial strip under the top bar, at three points in the fourteen days.

The dates

FactDetail
Length14 days.
StartThe day you register — not the day you finish setting up, and not your first transaction.
End dateFixed once, on the day you register, and stored. It is never recalculated afterwards, so the date you were told is the date that applies.
Time of dayAnchored to the start of the day, so registering at 23:58 still gets a full fourteen days.
Days remainingCounted on the server and rendered by the strip. The browser never derives a deadline of its own.
ℹ️One date, everywhere

The countdown you read, the date in your welcome email and the date the platform enforces are the same stored value. Two independently-calculated dates for one promise is how a customer gets told the 4th and finds out on the 2nd — so there is only ever one.

What "every module" covers

Everything the platform sells is switched on for the fourteen days: selling and buying, the books, stock and production, jobs and timesheets, the till and price lists, people and payroll, fixed assets, banking and reconciliation, planning, group companies, portals and the counter.

That is deliberate. You cannot judge whether a module fits your business by reading about it, and a trial that hides the modules you have not asked for cannot tell you what you are missing.

Who sees it, and from when:

Super AdministratorA week out — and the only one offered the action.
AdministratorA week out.
Supervisors and custom rolesThe last three days.
StaffOnly once the trial has ended.
Portal usersNever — they are your customers, not your colleagues.

Colleagues are told late and without a button on purpose: a week of a bar you cannot act on is noise, and noise is how a strip earns a dismissal it should not have.
