Your partner record
What your partner account holds, what can change, and what is yours for good.
Your partner record sits behind everything else in the portal. It is what your dashboard reads, what your referral link is built from, and what your credit balance belongs to.
What it holds
| Field | What it is for |

| Name | Shown on your dashboard and in the referral messages the portal composes. |
| Your portal login. | |
| Company, Phone | Your practice or firm, and how Trabalance reaches you. |
| Address, City, Country | Where you operate. Country sits beside your currency. |
| Currency | The currency your earnings and prices are presented in. |
| Partner code | Your identity in every link and QR code you share. |
| Partner type | The profession you chose at registration. It set your code prefix. |
| Tier | A grade held on your record, starting at bronze. |
| Commission rate | Your account default, copied onto each new client link. |
| Total earnings | Your partner credit balance. |
| Total and active referrals | The counters behind the dashboard cards. |
| Status | Active or not. A partner account that is not active cannot sign in. |
What is yours for good

| Partner code | It is embedded in every link and QR code you have already shared. Changing it would break all of them. |
| Login email | It identifies the account and must stay unique across partners. |
| Partner type | It only ever decided the prefix of that code, and the code is fixed. |
| Tier, commission rate, status | Held on your record by Trabalance. |
ℹ️Changing the rest
Name, company, phone, address, city, country and currency are all changeable on your record, and so is your password — but the portal has no self-service screen for them today. Ask Trabalance to make the change.
Your activity
Your partner account keeps its own record of what happened on it — sign-ins, subscription changes, client registrations, referrals linked, account switches. It is what a question about when did this happen is answered from.
