Partner Portal

Commissions

A ledger of commission recorded against your partner account, with what each status means.

Navigate to: partners.trabalance.com/commissions

The commission ledger. Each row is one period for one business.

What this page is

A record, not a calculator. Commission records are raised by Trabalance against your partner account; the portal reads and presents them. Nothing on this page creates or recalculates a figure, which is why what you see here and what you are told by your partner manager are the same numbers.

The four totals

Total earned across everything, then Pending, Approved and Paid for what is currently on screen. Filter the page and the last three follow the filter.

The table

ColumnWhat it holds
BusinessThe client the commission relates to.
PeriodFrom period start to period end — the window the record covers.
AmountThe commission for that period, in your partner currency.
RateThe rate stored on the record. It comes from the client link, so two clients can differ.
TypeHow the amount was arrived at.
StatusWhere the record has got to.
DateWhen the record was created.

Status

StatusMeaning
pendingRecorded, not yet reviewed. Not confirmed for payment.
approvedReviewed and confirmed. Queued for settlement.
paidSettled. This is the only status that means the money has moved.
cancelledWithdrawn. It stays in the ledger for the audit trail and counts towards nothing.

Filtering and exporting

Filter by status, and by a from / to date range matched against the record's period. Export CSV writes Date, Business, Period, Amount, Rate, Type and Status for the rows currently shown — which is what makes a quarter-end reconciliation a two-click job.

ℹ️Earned on a client card, versus this page

The Earned figure on a referred client's card is the commission recorded against that one client. Add the cards up and you get the Total Earned here.
