Clients

Every business linked to you — referred and licensed — with what each card actually shows.

My Clients. Referred and licensed clients share the list and are told apart by the badge.

Finding one

Three controls, and no more: a free-text search, a Type filter (All / Licensed / Referred) and a Status filter (All / Active / Pending / Inactive). The list is paged ten at a time.

What a card shows

A referred client and a licensed client do not carry the same information, because the relationships are not the same.

ℹ️Why a licensed client has no commission

A licensed client is bought, not referred. The link carries a commission rate of zero on purpose — you have already paid for the licence, and what you charge the client is between you and them.

Status

StatusMeaning
activeThe link is live. A licensed client in this state can be switched into.
pendingThe link exists but is not yet active.
inactiveThe link is no longer live. It stays on the list; it is not deleted.

The two actions

Switch to this account appears on licensed, active clients only — see Switch into a client account.

Unlink appears on every card — see Unlink a client.

To add a licensed client, start from the Dashboard — the License Subscription panel carries the Register Client button. See Register a licensed client.
