Signing in
A partner login is its own account — separate from any business you work in.
Navigate to: partners.trabalance.com/login
Sign in with the email and password you registered with. The session lasts 7 days; after that you sign in again.
Three logins that are not the same thing

| Business account | dashboard.trabalance.com | A user inside one business. When you register a licensed client you are given one of these too, under your same email. |
| Developer account | dashboard.trabalance.com/developer | For building OAuth applications against the API. Unrelated to partnership. |
If your account is not active
A partner account whose status is not active cannot sign in. The refusal says so in as many words — "Your partner account is not active" — rather than pretending the password was wrong, so you know it is the account and not your credentials. Nothing on the login screen changes it; contact Trabalance.
⚠️The referral link is not a login
dashboard.trabalance.com/register?partner_ref=… is the link you give to prospects. It signs them up for a business account, not a partner account. Do not use it yourself.
