One form at partners.trabalance.com/register. The account is live the moment you submit it.

The form

| Full name | Yes | The name shown on your dashboard and used in the referral emails the portal composes for you. |
| Work email | Yes | Your portal login. It must be unique across partner accounts — a second account on the same address is refused. |

| Company name | No | Your practice or firm. |
| Partner type | Yes | Your profession. It sets the three-letter prefix of your partner code and nothing else. |
| Address, City, Country | No | Country sits on your record beside your currency and is what figures are presented in. |
| Password | Yes | At least 8 characters, with a letter and a number. The rules tick as you type. |
| Confirm password | Yes | Must match. |
| Partner Agreement | Yes | The submit button stays disabled until it is accepted. |
The nine partner types
Choosing one does not change what you earn or what you can do. It picks the prefix of your code.

What happens on submit

The account is created, active
Status active, tier bronze, with a default commission rate on the record. There is no approval queue and no waiting period.

Your partner code is generated
Prefix, then digits — ACC482910337. It is checked for uniqueness before it is issued, and it never changes afterwards.
3
You sign in
Straight to partners.trabalance.com/login with the email and password you just chose.
ℹ️Nothing is set in stone here except the email
Name, company, phone, address and country can all be changed later from your profile. Your login email and your partner code cannot.
