Exporting the Portfolio
The Excel and PDF buttons on the Planner home export the list of plans — a register, not a set of figures.
Navigate to: Planner. The Excel and PDF buttons at the top right export every plan the current filters return.
Which Plans Are Included
| Control on the home | Honoured by the export? |
|---|---|
| Year | Yes. |
| Module pill | Yes. |
| Status — Active / Upcoming / Past | No. The export includes plans in every state for the chosen year. |
| Search | No. |
| Sort | No — plans come out newest first. |
So the export answers "every plan for 2026" or "every Sales plan for 2026" — not "the seven rows currently on my screen".
The Excel Workbook
One sheet, Plans, with a bold header row:
| Column | Contents |
|---|---|
| Plan | The plan name. |
| Module | sales, purchases, expenses, production, payroll, cashflow, or pnl. |
| Period start | First day of the plan’s period. |
| Period end | Last day of the plan’s period. |
| Period type | monthly, quarterly, weekly, daily, or yearly. |
| Currency | The plan’s currency. |
| Status | The plan’s stored status. |
The PDF
The same list, titled Portfolio, laid out as a table of Plan · Module · Target · Actual · %.
Neither file contains targets or actuals. The Excel has no money columns at all, and the money columns in the PDF read zero for every plan. Attainment is computed per plan, one plan at a time, and the portfolio export does not do that work. Use these as a register of what plans exist — and export each plan individually when you need its numbers. See Exporting a plan.
Filenames
Both files are named for the year: planner-2026.xlsx and planner-2026.pdf. The module filter does not appear in the name, so label the file yourself if you export more than one module in a session.
