People & Admin Reports
Headcount, demographics, payroll, deductions, allowances, turnover, tenure, payment requests — and the User Activity audit trail.
The People category holds 11 HR and payroll reports, gated on the Personnel, Payroll and Requisitions features. The Administration category holds the User Activity audit trail, gated on role alone. People reports filter by Center and never by customer or vendor.
Employees on the Staff role see their own payslips and requests in the Employee Portal, never a report. These reports are cross-employee by nature and are refused to Staff on every route. See People → Employee Portal.
Personnel
| Report | What it shows | Group by |
|---|---|---|
| Personnel Headcount | Employees, active and inactive counts | Department or Center |
| Personnel Demographics | Team composition by gender and age group | Department or Center |
| Employee Directory | Full employee listing with contact details and status; active and inactive counts | — |
| Employee Turnover | Hires, separations, net change and turnover rate by period | — |
| Employee Tenure | Tenure distribution and average by department; longest tenure | — |
Rows on the headcount, demographics and directory reports link to the employee record.
Payroll
| Report | What it shows | Controls |
|---|---|---|
| Payroll Summary | One row per pay schedule in the period: employees paid, gross pay, deductions, net pay, with totals | Group by Employee, Department or Center; Measure Total, Gross or Net |
| Payroll Trend | Monthly payroll cost — gross, net, deductions — over time | — |
| Deductions Report | Every payroll deduction by type, with employee count | — |
| Allowances Report | Every payroll allowance by type, with employee count | — |
| Payroll Period Comparison | Two pay schedules side by side, with total change and average change per employee | — |
The Payroll Summary counts one row per schedule, and its employee figure is the number of payslips across those schedules. A team of 20 paid monthly over a quarter shows 60 payslips, not 60 employees — the hub card labels the figure Payslips for that reason.
For how a pay schedule is created and finalised, see People → Pay Schedules.
Requisitions
Requisitions (people/requisitions) lists payment requests for the period with a total amount and a count per status. It carries a Status filter: All Statuses, Pending (Submitted), Reviewed, Approved (Accepted), Rejected. Filter by Center and User. Rows link to the request. See People → Payment Requests.
User Activity (Administration)
Navigate to: Reporting → All reports → Administration → User Activity (/reporting/people/user-activity)
The audit trail of every action by your team. It is platform infrastructure, available to Super Administrators and Administrators regardless of which modules the business subscribes to, and to nobody else — a feature grant never opens it, and a missing People module never hides it.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Group by | Event (default) — the ungrouped stream of individual events. User — one row per person. |
| User filter | The filter for this report: show one employee's actions. |
| Action and Module filters | Narrow the stream to one kind of action or one module. |
| Period | The window of events. The summary carries the entry count. |
The same events are browsable from Settings — see Settings → Activity Logs.
