Choosing a plan
Plans differ by licence count. Monthly and annual are both quoted per month — and the annual figure is charged twelve times.

What separates the plans
Only the licence count, and the price that goes with it. Every plan gives a licensed client the same thing: a business, with General Ledger access, that you can switch into. There is no feature difference between tiers.
Plans are listed in the order Trabalance sets, each with its name, description, licence count and price. Read the licence count off the card — that is the number that decides how many clients you can hold.
Monthly and annual
The toggle above the cards switches the quoted price. Both prices are per month.
| Cycle | Price shown | What you are charged | Period |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | The monthly rate | That rate, each month | One month |
| Annual | A lower monthly rate | That lower rate × 12, once | One year |
The annual figure is what a month costs when you commit for a year — you pay twelve of them up front. Reading it as the price of a whole year understates the charge by a factor of twelve.
Confirming
Clicking Subscribe on a plan asks you to confirm, and shows the payment choice: Card, or Partner credit. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
