Paying with partner credit
Your commission earnings are a balance you spend on licences.
Two payment methods appear when you confirm a plan.
| Method | How it settles |
|---|---|
| Card | Through Stripe Checkout. The licence is activated when Stripe confirms the payment, not when you click — entitlement follows the money. |
| Partner credit | Taken from your earnings balance immediately, and the licence is live at once. |
How partner credit works
The figure on the dashboard's Partner Credit panel, and the Total Earnings card, are the same number. Commission recorded against your account raises it.
For a monthly plan that is one month's price; for annual it is the monthly rate times twelve.
The subscription is refused with both numbers named — what you have, and what was needed. No partial payment, no top-up prompt.
The price comes off the balance and the plan is live for the period.
There is no way to convert the balance to cash inside the portal. It buys licences. That is the whole of what it does in the product.
Choosing between the two
Use credit when you have earned enough — it is instant and there is no card involved. Use a card when you have not, or when you would rather keep the credit for a future renewal. Either way the subscription that results is identical.
