Settings

Personal Details

Your own name, contact details, photo and password — the one Settings page every role can reach, and the only one a Staff user sees.

Navigate to: Settings → Personal → Personal details

This is your own account, not the business's. Everything here is about you: how your name appears to colleagues, how we reach you, and the password you sign in with.

Personal details: your photo and information on the left and centre, your account facts read-only on the right.

✅Role is never self-service

Being able to see your role is not the same as being able to change it. Access is granted by someone who administers the business, on the Team page — never from here. That is what stops an account raising its own privileges.

The One Page Staff See

Staff is a self-service role. A Staff user's Settings contains this page and nothing else — no business profile, no team, no roles, no templates, no logs, and no Reporting anywhere in the product. Their day happens on their dashboard: their own payslips, their own payment requests, their own personnel record.

The same is true of Supervisors and of anyone holding a custom role: business-wide Settings pages are reserved for Administrators and the Super Administrator, so for everyone else Settings is this page.

Changing Your Password

Enter your current password, then the new one. Changing your password does not sign out your other devices — if you are changing it because you think someone else has it, tell whoever administers your business so they can review your account and, if a till is involved, revoke it from POS terminals.
