Integrations

Connect the systems your business already runs on, build a connection to one Trabalance has never seen, and send invoices to your tax authority through e-invoicing.

Navigate to: Settings → Connected apps → Integrations

The Integrations page has four parts: connections that are Active for this business; sources you can authorise to bring your data in; a builder for a system Trabalance has never seen; and the tax authority e-invoicing steps. Underneath is a browsable catalogue of well-known apps, muted until a connection contract exists for your business.

The Integrations page from top to bottom.

The Page

SectionWhat It Does
ActiveOnly established, business-authorized connections appear here, each with when it last synced. Opening one goes to its connection page.
Bring your data inSources whose connection is provisioned for your business, each with a Connect button. Connecting sends you to the source's own sign-in page and back; Trabalance then pulls its records in — history included. A storefront source asks for the shop domain first.
Connect a system Trabalance has never seenBuild a connection: describe the system and its API and Trabalance builds the connector — no release required.
Tax authority e-invoicingYour authority, its mandate and its filing cadence are resolved from this business's own country. Your authority opens Finance → Taxes; Map data and Outbound are the two working steps below.
Browse integrationsA catalogue filtered by Payments, Commerce, Customer, Productivity and Automation. Apps are muted until their connection contract is implemented for your business — a muted app cannot be connected.

E-Invoicing

The e-invoicing pipeline lives under Settings → Integrations and has three screens, each reached from a button on the page:

StepScreenWhat Happens
Connect a data sourceIntegrations → ConnectionBring in the invoices you need to submit — from Trabalance or from another system you connect.
Map to your tax authority's formatIntegrations → MappingsMatch your invoice fields to the format your tax authority requires. Required fields are checked before anything is sent.
Transmit and trackIntegrations → OutboundSubmit invoices, keep the authority's reference on each one, and retransmit anything that was rejected.
ℹ️E-Invoicing is jurisdiction-specific

The format and provider are set by your business's country and configuration — nothing about the authority is hard-coded. Set the business country in Settings → Company → Business → Registered address and contact, and see Finance → Taxes for the authority that applies to you.

ℹ️Public API

Super Administrators can mint credentials for the public API and AI assistants at Settings → Connected apps → API keys. Developer documentation lives at developer.trabalance.com.
