Brand Identity

Upload your company logo and set your brand color — they appear on the invoices, receipts, purchase orders, payslips, and other documents your business generates.

Navigate to: Settings → Company → Business → Brand identity panel

Your brand identity settings control how your business looks to customers and employees on every document the system produces. The panel is the first one on the Business page and opens by default.

Logo and brand colour on the Brand identity panel; saved with the rest of the business profile.

Logo Upload

Your logo is printed in the header of PDF documents — where it sits (left, right, centred) and how large it is (80 / 120 / 160 px) is decided per document type in Document Templates.

Requirements:

  • Formats accepted: PNG, JPG, SVG
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB — a larger file is refused with "File size must be less than 5MB"
  • Transparent PNG is preferred — it adapts cleanly to white and light document backgrounds
  • Avoid text-only logos at small sizes — the logo renders at 80–160 px wide on A4 documents

To upload:

1
Click the Upload box

Click the dashed upload box and pick the file. Once a logo exists, the box shows it with a Change Logo button and an × to discard a file you have just picked.

2
Save changes

Click Save Changes in the bar at the bottom of the page. The logo is stored and applied immediately — all new documents generated from this point use the new logo. Previously generated PDFs are not affected.

ℹ️Per-location logos

A center (branch or location) can carry its own logo, uploaded from the center-specific template on the Templates page. When a document belongs to that center, its logo wins over the business logo; centers without one fall back to the business logo.

Brand Color

The brand color is the accent used on generated documents. It does not affect the web application interface.

To set your brand color:

  • Click the color swatch to open your browser's color picker
  • Or type a hex code directly into the box beside it (for example #1A73E8)

Choosing a good brand color:

  • Medium to dark shades work best — very light colors blend into white document backgrounds
  • Your logo color and brand color should complement each other
ℹ️Template accent color

Each document template also has its own Accent Color (six presets) for the header bar and dividers, set on the Templates page. The brand color is the business-wide default; the template accent is per document type.
